Terms of Service — Table Seven

This is a free game with play money. Chips have no cash value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be redeemed for anything of value. Table Seven is not a real casino, is not licensed as a gambling operator, and is not affiliated with any real casino or Nevada gaming license holder.

1. What this is

Table Seven is a free multiplayer blackjack game played with virtual chips for entertainment only. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. No real money

There are no real-money wagers, deposits, purchases, or payouts anywhere on this site.
Chip balances ("the cage") are a scorekeeping mechanic only.

3. Age

This site is not intended for children. If you're a minor in your jurisdiction, please don't use it.

4. Accounts, Player #, and PIN

Each account is identified by a randomly generated Player # and PIN. You're responsible for keeping your PIN to yourself. We can't recover a lost account without it, and the site operator may reset a PIN or adjust, or delete an account at their discretion (for example, to deal with abuse) using the admin console.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use automated tools, scripts, or bots against the site's API to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the game (the built-in table bots are the only sanctioned automated players).
Don't attempt to overwhelm the service with traffic; automated rate limits are in place and accounts or IPs that trip them repeatedly may be blocked.
Don't use offensive names or harass other players. The site operator may remove or rename accounts that do.

6. No warranty

Table Seven is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uptime, data retention, or correctness. Game state, balances, and history are handled carefully, but because no real money is involved, nothing here is a substitute for a real financial or gaming system.

7. Limitation of liability

Because no real money or thing of value is ever at stake, there is nothing to be liable for in the ordinary sense — but to be explicit: the site operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
